Saigon beer partners with 'Vietnam rising' program

The "Vietnam rising" program, partnered by Saigon beer, honors ordinary people with extraordinary contributions to the country's sustainable development.

"Vietnam rising" is a special television series produced by Vietnam Television (VTV), airing regularly at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays on VTVGo and Youtube VTV3, from 17/9 to 6/10.

The program features inspiring stories of individuals quietly contributing to the community: from scientists and artists to teachers and volunteers. Each story exemplifies the country's comprehensive development, not just in economic growth, but also in the quality of its people, culture, and society.

One notable figure featured is Professor Doctor Le Huy Ham, a scientist who has dedicated his life to researching drought- and salt-tolerant rice varieties, helping farmers adapt to climate change. His work not only contributes to national food security but also conveys the message that "Vietnamese people are fully capable of mastering technology and independently addressing the country's challenges."

Besides Professor Ham, the program also introduces many other "ordinary yet extraordinary" people who are contributing to changing the face of their homeland in sustainable, creative, and humane ways.

Saigon beer, a brand imbued with Vietnamese identity, plays a consistent partnering role in this journey of spreading positive values. Through the program, the brand reaffirms its commitment to accompanying the community, spreading humanistic spirit and the nation's aspirations for development.
