Initially, Trung expressed some concerns about combining sales and invoicing, but he now finds the software convenient and user-friendly. "I just speak, and in seconds the order is complete. In two or three steps, I can send the invoice to the customer," he said. Since using Misa eShop, he no longer needs to manually calculate totals, as the software provides a clear summary of revenue for easy review.

In addition to sales and invoicing support, Misa eShop uses AI to identify income and expenses, manage inventory, and track stock movements through transactions. This enhances management efficiency and ensures tax compliance by automatically summarizing sales revenue and generating tax returns according to regulations, starting at 100,000 VND per month.
