To maintain growth momentum, Sao Viet is not only focusing on its existing apartment segment but also expanding into townhouses. In early July, the company opened its fourth office in the Bcons II building (Binh Thanh district), with a team of 60 staff. They will manage sales for 40 townhouses in the Bcons Eden Park project, located at the intersection of Binh Thung - My Phuoc Tan Van Road (Ring Road 3) and the extended Metro Line 1.

Organizationally, Sao Viet has adjusted its management structure by appointing Lam Nguyet Thanh Ngan, a young professional, as general director. This is part of the company’s strategy to develop its next generation of leaders and restructure operations for greater flexibility and modernity, aligning with new market trends.
Building on current growth, the company aims to increase its total staff to 400 and expand its product portfolio to 2,169 products in the last six months of the year. This plan is based on a stable supply and a long-term partnership with Bcons Group, a strategic partner that has collaborated with Sao Viet for seven consecutive years. In addition to apartments, Bcons Group continues to entrust Sao Viet with the distribution of its newly launched townhouses.
