This year's exhibition spans a total area of 13,000 square meters. A key highlight of the event is the presence of 19 international pavilions, representing robust culinary and hospitality markets such as: the UK, US, Japan, South Korea, Italy, and Australia. These exhibitors showcase a range of advanced products, services, and solutions. The display categories span from raw ingredients and processed foods to modern machinery, equipment, and technology directly supporting restaurant and hotel operations. "The strong presence of international businesses not only helps the domestic market access high-quality supply but also creates opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to seek strategic partners and expand distribution channels," stated a representative from the organizing unit.
The exhibition also hosts prestigious professional competitions, including the Barista Competition and Aromaster Championship for beverage professionals. Notably, this year's event marks the debut of the Vietnam Housekeeping Championship within the program. The Vietnam Tourism Association assigned this activity to the Vietnam Hotel Association, specifically the Vietnam Executive Housekeepers Association (VEHA), in collaboration with SES Vietnam Exhibitions. The competition is expected to standardize and enhance the professional skills of housekeeping staff.
