SF Express showcases cross-border logistics at Vietnam International Sourcing 2025

SF Express presented its integrated cross-border logistics and supply chain solutions at the Vietnam International Sourcing 2025 exhibition, supporting Vietnamese manufacturers in reaching international markets.

The Vietnam International Sourcing exhibition, held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City from 4/9 to 6/9, focused on e-commerce, home appliances, electronics, textiles, footwear, and logistics solutions. The large-scale event aimed to connect Vietnamese manufacturers and exporters with the global retail network, with over 500 businesses expected to participate.

With the theme "Across Mountains - Over Seas - Connecting Globally," SF Express Vietnam's booth provided a clear and informative overview of the company's history, development, services, and utilities.

Established in 2015, SF Express Vietnam currently serves over 5,000 clients with 14 self-operated locations in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Dong Nai. The company boasts over 1,000 employees, 280 vehicles, and a network covering 11,000 communes and wards.

SF Express operates 18 direct flight routes and owns two dedicated cargo aircraft, connecting 58 countries and territories. In Hanoi, it maintains a dedicated 24/7 customs clearance area.

At the exhibition, visitors learned how SF Express leverages digital technology and its logistics network to offer customized solutions in various sectors, including e-commerce, distribution, industrial manufacturing, high-tech, textiles, footwear, electronics, furniture, automobiles, and consumer goods.

The company provides cross-border "Warehouse-to-Door," "Door-to-Warehouse," and "Warehouse-to-Warehouse" services, flexibly coordinating between bonded, shared, and international warehouses. According to company leadership, they currently manage and operate 130,000 m2 of warehouse space, serving both B2B and B2C customers through various transportation methods, such as dedicated vehicles, full truckload shipping, and express delivery. "The entire management process is digitized, replacing traditional paperwork, ensuring transparency and real-time monitoring," a representative explained.

Leveraging its resources, SF Express has developed a successful end-to-end 4PL solution for cross-border ODM clients, optimizing warehousing and packaging. This solution reduces costs by over 20%, shortens packaging time to 18 hours, and loading and unloading time to approximately one hour.

The company provides warehousing and distribution services to several food and fashion businesses, completing over 10,000 deliveries, demonstrating their supply chain management capabilities and execution efficiency.

To meet the international expansion needs of Vietnamese brands, SF Express Vietnam has built a diverse international delivery product system, including Standard Express, Economy Express, and E-commerce, covering 58 countries and territories.

Depending on distance and product characteristics, the company offers flexible and cost-effective door-to-door delivery services. E-commerce businesses can quickly fulfill international orders; for example, deliveries from Vietnam to 10 major cities in China (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Jiaxing, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen, and Huizhou) are completed within one day.
