In early June, journalists from many countries had the opportunity to visit the company's factory in Novosibirsk, Russia. At the control area, the group was required to wear protective clothing, disinfect their shoes, and comply with regulations before beginning their exploration of the production process.
Tatyana Gorokhovskaya, President of Siberian Wellness, explained that from the operational lines to the organizational model, the company has integrated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors into the entire system, reflected in both strategic direction and specific activities.
"The ESG formula is only truly effective when it's deeply integrated into the brand's DNA, reflected in the goals and operating indicators of each department," Gorokhovskaya said.

Since 2020, the company has approved a sustainable development plan until 2030, revolving around six pillars: green production, green packaging, green stores, green operations, climate ecosystem, and environmental education. According to Gorokhovskaya, the stringent standards are a requirement set by the company itself, reflecting its sense of responsibility in development.
The "Laboratoriya Sovremennogo Zdorovya" production complex has been continuously expanded since its establishment and now covers an area of over 24,000 m2 with 18 production lines. The main workshop has a closed and clean production space. Technicians work in closed chambers, where each stage is automated and closely monitored.
Each month, the automated lines process over 5,000 quality tests, supported by artificial intelligence and neural networks for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and process optimization. The document management system is fully digitized to reduce paper usage while enhancing operational data control and traceability.
Regarding the environment, all tap water used in the production process undergoes mandatory treatment to ensure distilled water quality. HEPA air filtration systems are installed directly on the production lines with a filtration efficiency of 99.17% and are monitored and replaced twice a year. An automated system monitors waste generation, and a mini-warehouse for recycled materials eliminates waste accumulation, meeting international waste management standards.
Siberian Wellness's leadership stated that thanks to these factors, the factory is classified as Level III, having a minimal environmental impact according to current Russian standards. Additionally, the factory uses marmoleum – a bio-based flooring material made from linseed oil, ground limestone, wood flour, and tree resin – instead of traditional industrial materials. This solution naturally cleans the air in the factory while reducing the chemical impact on the working environment.

Siberian Wellness's green philosophy is also evident in each product. The company operates four research and development (R&D) departments specializing in two main groups: cosmetics and supplements. Raw materials are selected from leading global suppliers such as France, South Korea, Germany, and Japan. All ingredients meet the ISO 16128 standard for naturalness and safety, accompanied by a Safety Data Sheet to ensure transparency for consumers. Product packaging uses recyclable materials.
In parallel, the Eco-Station packaging collection system has been implemented at 25 of the company's stores globally, contributing to a circular economy model and reducing plastic waste.
According to a Siberian Wellness representative, as Vietnam's health and beauty market faces challenges related to counterfeit goods and misleading advertising, the company identifies transparency as key to building customer trust. Product formulas are developed based on scientific evidence and must accurately reflect their nature on packaging, published documents, and in communications.
Each product undergoes rigorous testing, including microbial testing under various conditions, efficacy assessment through clinical research, and actual user surveys. In 2024, nearly 40 million of the company's products were quality-verified through the Chestny ZNAK national system – a platform managed by the Russian government to control goods on the market.

Siberian Wellness's sustainable development strategy is built on people, not just technology or products. All factory personnel have completed environmental policy training and actively participate in waste sorting, energy saving, and contributing to ecological projects.
Through "The World Around You" charity fund, the company has donated over 200 million rubles to rare species conservation projects and planted over two million trees in 16 countries. The co-sponsorship model between the company and its partners allows each individual to feel part of a larger mission.
A factory representative believes that all efforts towards sustainability are valuable when they start within the company, nurtured by the organizational culture, not just existing in reports or communication campaigns. "The green philosophy at Siberian Wellness is not a slogan. It's a pervasive principle present in the production lines, products, personnel, and even in how we openly welcome international delegations with transparency," the representative said.
