Techcom Life launches premium insurance product, Infinite Care

Techcom Life, a member of Techcombank, has introduced Infinite Care, a real medical expense insurance product designed for customers seeking access to high-quality healthcare services.

The company offers a premium health insurance experience in Vietnam, encapsulated by the message "Peace of mind, a status to match". Techcom Life (Cong ty Co phan Bao hiem Nhan tho Ky thuong) designed Infinite Care to provide reassurance against unforeseen health risks and support customers in proactively managing their families' healthcare budgets.

Infinite Care boasts features catering to customers with high expectations for healthcare quality and service experience, particularly entrepreneurs, premium clients, and the new affluent generation.

The product offers protection benefits up to 5 billion VND annually, placing it among the top protection levels in the current health insurance market. In addition to accessing a network of covered medical facilities in Vietnam, customers can claim reimbursement for medical examination costs in numerous countries and territories. The company will provide a specific list of domestic medical facilities as per the contract and update it periodically.

Infinite Care also includes a "Family Sharing" feature, allowing insured family members to share unused annual inpatient treatment limits. This flexible mechanism optimizes the family's overall protection resources, ensuring benefits are effectively allocated according to each member's actual needs.

Additionally, the product offers actual bed and room cost benefits, not limited by the common market definition of "standard bed and room costs". It provides protection against all cancer types, whether for outpatient, day-care, or inpatient treatment. Furthermore, it increases the annual inpatient treatment limit by 100% at public hospitals once the initial limit has been exhausted.

Moreover, Infinite Care customers can submit health insurance claims without needing to fill out forms. With a few taps on the application, AI technology automatically extracts information from medical documents and completes the claim. Customers receive feedback within 5 minutes and can track processing status in real time directly on the app.

"This digitalized process not only significantly shortens claims settlement time but also enhances transparency, providing a seamless customer experience throughout the contract's lifecycle", a Techcom Life representative shared.

The representative added that through Infinite Care, Techcom Life reaffirms its consistent development direction: placing customers and their families at the core of every solution. Each element, from protection levels and benefit-sharing mechanisms to the digital experience, is designed to support customers in building a solid health foundation for the future.

"This also marks the next step in Techcom Life's journey to realize its philosophy 'Live Fully Every Day', where every customer and family can proactively manage medical risks and enjoy life to the fullest", the company representative emphasized.

Techcom Life, established by Techcombank, aims to build a generation of modern, transparent, customer-centric life insurance solutions, developed on a technology-data platform with an AI-first orientation. With the vision "Reinventing Insurance, Empowering Future Autonomy", the company focuses on three essential needs: health protection, financial stability, and enhancing quality of life, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's financial system and providing a better life for Vietnamese people.
