According to the reviewed semi-annual financial report, Techcombank's total remuneration for its board of directors, supervisory board, and general director reached 32.9 billion VND, up over 6% compared to the same period last year.

Beyond senior leadership, Techcombank employees also saw their incomes rise in the first half of the year. The average monthly salary and bonus per employee at the bank was approximately 46 million VND, an improvement of 4.5% compared to last year. In total, the bank spent 3.576 billion VND on personnel costs during this period.

Jens Lottner, a German national, holds a doctorate in economics from Dresden University of Technology. He brings over 30 years of experience in finance and banking, having worked with prominent organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Siam Commercial Bank (Thailand).
