TPBank partners with 'Em xinh say hi' music program

TPBank not only sponsored the "Em xinh say hi" concert on the evening of 13/9 in Ho Chi Minh City, but also offered various side activities at the event.

The first "Em xinh say hi" concert attracted tens of thousands of attendees with its large-scale stage and lineup of young artists. The program also generated significant buzz on social media, capturing the attention of fans, especially the "Xinhiu" community (fans of the performers).

In collaboration with the program, TPBank organized a pre-show livestream, a 15-minute fanchant gift giveaway, and an interactive booth for fans to send messages to the artists. During the concert, Vie Channel also announced that TPBank would continue as the Diamond sponsor for the second concert in Hanoi.

A TPBank representative stated that this partnership aligns with the bank's goal of expanding personalized features on its app, bringing the TPBank app closer to young people, especially Gen Z.

Accordingly, TPBank launched the "Em Xinh" interface collection, featuring images from the program and 4 versions themed after artists Phuong Ly, Orange, 52Hz, and Lyhan. Users can change the interface based on the time of day or their preferences. A mini-game, "Change Interface - Receive Cute Gifts", offered bandanas printed with the program's logo.

Regarding the transactional experience, the ChatPay money transfer feature now includes electronic cards with artist images that can be sent with messages. If the recipient also uses ChatPay, the card appears in the chat window. ChatPay also supports "Paste to Pay," where pasted message content automatically populates transfer information.

"We want to transform typically dry transactions into something more emotional, aligning with our brand's 'Peak Utility, Peak Life' spirit," a TPBank representative shared.

In the card segment, the bank introduced the "Em xinh say hi" Visa Flash 2in1 card, integrating credit and debit functions on a single chip. Customers can register through the "Shop Flash 2in1 Card" section on the app. A promotional offer for a 1 dong card registration fee with free shipping is available until 15/9.

The bank reported that app downloads increased by about 200% during the program's broadcast, exceeding 120,000 downloads on some days. Monitaz's Social Listening report noted that in July and August, the brand led the industry in positive social media sentiment, with increased discussion volume.

Through these new features, TPBank aims to embrace trends and connect with young people with the message "TPBank App - Peak Utility, Peak Life." Previously, the bank was recognized at the WeChoice Awards 2024 (in the Z First-Rate category: Favorite Financial-Consumer App for Young People), and its ChatPay feature received The Asian Banker's Best Social Banking Initiative in Asia Pacific 2025 award.
