At the banking section of the exhibition, TPBank presented various solutions integrated with the digital lives of individuals and businesses, such as Paste to Pay and the AI robot T’Aio. Paste to Pay was a notable technological highlight. Developed from ChatPay, this feature allows users to copy messages, photos, or QR codes containing transfer information and paste them into the TPBank app. The AI system automatically recognizes and fills in the data, completing transactions within seconds. This technology is built on the GeneAI platform combined with optical character recognition (OCR), capable of processing both unstructured messages and information from images.
Thanks to this application, TPBank's app was awarded "Best Digital Banking Product in Asia-Pacific" by The Asian Banker.

Visitors to the A80 exhibition also met the "smart receptionist" - the AI robot T’Aio. Launched by TPBank in 2017, T’Aio is an AI assistant that can provide support and answer user inquiries. The T’Aio robot is considered a pioneering step by the bank in utilizing AI to serve users for nearly a decade.
According to a TPBank representative, over 98% of transactions, equivalent to nearly 2 billion annually, are now conducted through digital channels. Through this platform, over 5 million people access small loans, over 200,000 credit cards have been issued, and nearly 10 million accounts and payment cards have been opened online.
TPBank also assists citizens in accessing social security policies in a modern, transparent, and convenient manner. The bank guides users in linking their social security accounts directly through the VNeID electronic identification application. This solution allows citizens to easily connect their identification information with their TPBank accounts to receive timely and accurate benefits, bringing government policies closer to daily life.
For corporate clients, TPBank has deployed an Open Banking ecosystem since 2019, connecting over 2,000 digital services with hundreds of partners. This solution enables users to pay for road tolls, public services, and e-commerce directly within the app or through linked platforms. Large businesses can automate hundreds of thousands of payment orders daily, optimizing costs and minimizing errors.

The bank also provides tailored APIs for businesses, directly connecting to internal systems for automated transactions. Features such as virtual accounts, e-wallets, QR payments, and integrated financial management packages help control cash flow effectively. Packaging APIs into complete solutions shortens deployment time and promotes the digital economy.
For its digital initiatives for businesses, TPBank received the "Best Digital Banking Application and Payment Solution for Businesses in Vietnam" award from The Asian Banker.
Besides technological innovation, TPBank also focuses on sustainable growth. The bank was among the top 20 private banks with the highest tax contributions in 2024 and continued to be ranked among the top 10 reputable private joint-stock commercial banks in 2025 by Vietnam Report. Additionally, TPBank has partnered with VinFast to promote clean energy and green transportation trends.
A bank representative stated that participating in the exhibition was an opportunity for TPBank to affirm its role as a technology pioneer in the financial sector, accompanying the nation on its digital transformation journey.
