The new identity is being rolled out across Tran Phu Electromechanical Joint Stock Company's (TRAFUCO) dealer signage, office documents, and media publications.

During the transition, TRAFUCO is maintaining both the old and new logos on products and communications. The company is implementing the change gradually to minimize market disruption, impact on partner businesses, and customer experience.

The new identity has a streamlined, modern design, reflecting a shift in how the company communicates its brand values. The focus is on quality, sustainability, and practical application.

A TRAFUCO representative stated the new design represents a shift in thinking, from an electric cable manufacturer to a brand supporting customers with high-quality technical solutions.

"The meticulous spirit, characteristic of Tran Phu's technical team, continues to be consistently maintained in all brand touchpoints," the representative said.

Along with the new identity, the company also announced a new hotline, 19002255, to enhance connectivity and provide quick and convenient customer support. Through the hotline, customers can receive advice on product selection, verify genuine products, request warranty and maintenance services, and provide feedback.

According to a company representative, the new identity builds upon nearly 60 years of tradition, reflecting the company's vision for sustainable development and its strategy for expansion.

"We have only made a few adjustments, ensuring the new identity retains its familiar characteristics, reflecting the friendly, professional spirit the company pursues," the representative said.

Despite the change in identity, product quality and authenticity remain guaranteed. Customers can identify genuine products through three indicators: the "Tran Phu Electric Cables" logo and the National Brand symbol on the product label; a scratch-off QR code for authentication; and "TRAFUCO" printed on the cable sheath.
