According to a government resolution, citizens can receive funds through their social security accounts integrated on VNeID or directly at designated disbursement points arranged by local authorities. Disbursement is based on registered households, with the amount calculated per capita using national data. The head of the household or an authorized representative will receive and distribute the funds to other members. For citizens without registered residency, gifts will be given directly to individuals or their authorized representatives.
