According to Mr. Tuan, AI currently cannot effectively handle tasks requiring user empathy, cultural sensitivity, or experience design. However, AI can serve as a training platform, supporting and developing a new generation of personnel with exceptional speed and productivity. This is how humans and technology can co-develop—not competing, but complementing each other, aiming to improve both work and life quality.
