VietinBank launches numerous incentives to welcome new SME businesses

VietinBank introduces a series of "double" incentives across eKYC account opening, deposits, and trade finance services, designed to welcome new small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers.

When opening an online payment account (eKYC) on VietinBank eFAST, customers receive a preferred account number and a one-time digital signature. They also benefit from free interbank and intrabank transfers, payroll services, state budget payments, and up to two OTP devices. To register, SME business owners can complete the process via computer or smartphone, eliminating the need to visit a branch.

VietinBank aims for this service to provide entrepreneurs with personalized experiences that fit a modern lifestyle, allowing them to open and manage accounts anytime, anywhere.

Additionally, the bank introduces for the first time a promotional program offering bonus interest rates on automatic term deposits via the VietinBank eFAST digital platform. This program aims to promote digital transaction trends and optimize cash flow profitability for new SME customers.

The preferential interest rates are competitively designed for each term and deposit size. All incentive rates are pre-integrated on the VietinBank eFAST platform, facilitating easy access and quicker transactions for customers. Through this program, VietinBank continues its strong shift towards digital channels, providing an optimal experience and increasing benefits for business customers.

Furthermore, in a volatile global market, financial costs, international transaction fees, and exchange rate risks remain challenges for businesses, especially small and medium-sized entities. VietinBank addresses this by launching the SME Global Boost incentive program for businesses new to international payment, trade finance, and foreign currency trading services at the bank. This initiative supports import-export businesses in optimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Businesses participating in the program can receive up to 100% off outbound and inbound foreign currency transfer fees, along with up to 70% off trade finance service fees for operations such as: letters of credit (L/C), documentary collections, and related services. Customers conducting foreign currency transactions at VietinBank can also benefit from exchange rate advantages of up to 120 points at the counter and 200 points online.
