A representative for the airline stated this is its largest fleet expansion to date, equivalent to the size of a new airline.
According to the plan, Vietjet will deploy nine Boeing aircraft for Vietjet Thailand, seven new-generation Airbus aircraft for Vietjet Vietnam's fleet, four wet-leased aircraft for peak season operations, and two COMAC aircraft to continue serving the Con Dao route.

As of the end of QIII/2025, Vietjet's fleet comprises 103 aircraft, with 18 operating for Thai Vietjet. The airline's flights achieve a high average seat occupancy rate of over 85% and a technical reliability of 99,72%. It currently operates 45 domestic and 80 international routes.
In late October, the airline announced an order for 100 new Airbus A321neo aircraft in the UK. To date, Vietjet has ordered over 400 aircraft, actively expanding its route network and developing a modern fleet with this strategic partner to meet continuously increasing annual passenger traffic.
