Vietnam Solar partners with Huawei to distribute solar power products

Vietnam Solar becomes Huawei's partner in distributing the FusionSolar ecosystem in Vietnam, offering smart and safe energy storage solutions.

The signing ceremony took place on 22/8 during the "Solar Power Combined with Storage - A Safe, Efficient, and Sustainable Solution" workshop held in Can Tho. Through this partnership, the two companies will introduce the FusionSolar ecosystem to the Vietnamese market - a one-fits-all solution with advanced technology.

Huawei's FusionSolar ecosystem with one-fits-all technology is an all-in-one solar energy solution, including inverters, storage systems, and management software. The system monitors and optimizes solar power performance through AI and a digital platform. Its modular design allows for easy installation, expansion, and maintenance. The technology ensures high safety with leak detection and automatic circuit breakers, making it a suitable solution for homes, businesses, and large-scale solar projects.

At the workshop, Vo Phu Huu, Director of Vietnam Solar, emphasized the role of renewable energy in sustainable development. Vietnam is currently among the fastest-growing clean energy countries in Southeast Asia and has committed to a net-zero emissions target by 2050. However, he also pointed out that uncontrolled electricity consumption habits, especially in urban areas and industrial zones, are putting significant pressure on the national grid and the environment.

Huawei experts detailed the FusionSolar ecosystem, highlighting improvements in integration and smart management capabilities. Huawei Digital Power has also been a global leader in inverters for 10 consecutive years since 2015. In Vietnam, the company deployed over 9 GW of solar power capacity in 2024.

Vietnam Solar aims to promote rooftop solar installations combined with storage, helping users save costs and manage their electricity consumption. Huawei will be a technology partner, providing modern solutions to meet the growing market demand.
