Viettel Money, the digital finance ecosystem of Viettel Group, has been recognized at the 2025 Excellence Awards, organized by TM Forum in Copenhagen, Denmark. This prestigious annual global award in the technology and telecommunications industry has brought together over 850 businesses since 2007.
Viettel Money was the only platform from Vietnam listed among the top global brands in the "Excellence in Monetizing the Network" category, thanks to its customer experience (CX) improvement strategy. The award recognizes organizations with initiatives that effectively leverage the commercial value of digital infrastructure and design user-centric services.

Viettel Money was listed alongside leading technology groups like Huawei, Ericsson, China Unicom, Jio Platforms, and e& (UAE). This is the second time the platform has been recognized at TM Forum, following its win in the "Beyond Connectivity" category in 2022.
Viettel Money's CX strategy has been praised for its pioneering application and adaptation of standard international customer experience models, such as TM Forum's CEMM. The platform's 2025-2030 customer experience strategy is built on six key areas: experience, strategy, culture, technology, data, and operations. This approach deeply integrates the strategy into the organization's culture, ensuring every product and service offers convenience and ease of use for customers.
According to Dao Thi Lan Anh, Head of Viettel Money's Experience Management Department, localizing the international model has helped the platform raise service standards, create sustainable development value, and increase customer satisfaction.
Driven by its CX focus, Viettel Money has implemented numerous initiatives. The unit has a system for behavior analysis and intelligent profile review, helping people, especially in remote areas, access formal financial services more quickly and transparently. The experience is personalized, from the main interface to operational functions.

With nearly 30 million customers, Viettel Money currently leads the market share in payments for essential services (electricity, water, internet, tuition) and holds the top position in coverage in rural and remote areas. Transportation, telecommunications, and public administration sectors also record the highest transaction volume through the platform.
As Vietnam promotes digital transformation and comprehensive financial inclusion, the recognition of a domestic technology product at a global award is a positive sign, according to the unit. This achievement demonstrates the ability to localize international standards and affirms Viettel Group's role in the global digital ecosystem.

Under the guidance of Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group, the Viettel Money digital financial ecosystem was fully developed by Viettel Digital Services Corporation, offering over 350 services ranging from digital payments to digital finance (insurance, savings, credit, online investment). As of 4/2025, the platform served nearly 30 million customers nationwide, affirming its role in collaborating with government ministries and agencies to promote digital and comprehensive financial inclusion in Vietnam.
