Vingroup climbs in top 10 'best workplaces in Vietnam'

Vingroup rose two spots to the 6th position on the list, thanks to the performance of its member companies in the "best workplace by industry" category.

On 19/11, Anphabe announced the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025. This ranking is based on a survey of 73,000 employees and students, evaluating nearly 800 businesses across 18 different industries in Vietnam.

Vingroup secured the 6th position in the top 10, largely due to five of its member companies—VinFast, Vinhomes, Vinpearl, Vinmec, and Vinschool—each ranking number one as the "best workplace by industry" in their respective sectors.

VinFast claimed the number one spot in the engineering/machinery/industrial mechanics sector. Its rapid growth has attracted high-quality personnel globally, fostering a modern, professional work environment that encourages innovation and offers broad career development opportunities for its employees.

In the trade and services sector, Vinhomes marked its 11th consecutive year as the leader in the real estate/real estate services industry. With numerous large-scale and mega-urban projects being accelerated nationwide, the company provides diverse, dynamic job opportunities and clear career paths for its workforce.

Vinmec and Vinschool continued to lead in the pharmaceutical/medical equipment/healthcare and services industries, respectively. Vinpearl achieved the number one position for the first time in the "best workplaces in Vietnam" ranking for the tourism/F&B/resorts sector.

The group stated that the consistent top rankings of Vingroup's pillar brands in Vietnam's leading workplace environment survey reflect the sustainable and synchronized development strategy of its entire ecosystem. The enterprise also continually creates a happy, professional, and dynamic work environment. "With competitive compensation policies and extensive promotion opportunities, Vingroup has become a place where every employee is inspired, empowered, and can maximize their capabilities, contributing to the collective strength as the group expands internationally," the group noted.

Vingroup currently employs over 200,000 staff in Vietnam and internationally. In 2025, the group plans to expand its operations into six main pillars: technology-industry, trade-services, infrastructure, green energy, culture, and philanthropy-social. This strategy aims to continue attracting talent and building a sustainable ecosystem in the new phase.

The "best workplaces in Vietnam" ranking is announced annually by Anphabe. This year marks the 12th time the ranking has been published and the third year Anphabe has categorized companies into top 1, top 10, top 20, and top 50. This classification helps businesses clearly see their position within the recruitment and workplace landscape.
