Vingroup ranked among world’s best companies in 2025

Vingroup has been named to Time magazine's World’s Best Companies 2025 list, becoming the first Vietnamese company to achieve this recognition.

Time magazine, in collaboration with data firm Statista, selected 1,000 global companies based on three criteria: revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) performance. Vingroup scored 77.06 points, ranking 817th on this year's list.

Vingroup's "revenue growth" was rated "very high". As of 30/6, the group's total assets reached over 958,235 billion VND. Consolidated net revenue for the first half of 2025 reached nearly 130,476 billion VND, a 103% increase compared to the same period last year. Profit after tax reached nearly 4,540 billion VND.

The group also ranked 894th globally in "employee satisfaction" due to its dynamic work environment, which encourages dedication, creativity, and teamwork. Vingroup also focuses on personal development and has consistently ranked highly in the "Best Place to Work in Vietnam" rankings by independent organizations.

In the "sustainable development" category, Vingroup was recognized for its contributions to society, not only in Vietnam but also internationally. The organizers recognized the company as a model of integrating economic growth with community responsibility, particularly within the global green transition trend.

Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice President of Vingroup and Chairwoman of VinFast, said this achievement demonstrates the group's ongoing efforts and affirms its reputation, transparency, and position in the global economy.

"This will motivate us to continue pursuing sustainable growth, building a positive work environment, and contributing to community development for a better future for everyone," Thuy said.

Previously, VinFast, a member company of Vingroup, was recognized by Time for two consecutive years in prestigious rankings, including the Top 100 Most Influential Companies in the World (2024) and the Top 500 Best Companies in Asia-Pacific (2025). The company was categorized as a business "shaping the region's position on the global economic map".

Time, a century-old magazine based in New York, is known for its objective and insightful analyses, which hold significant influence within the global business community. Time's rankings are highly regarded for their credibility and weight among investors.

Vingroup has over 200,000 employees operating not only in Vietnam but also in international markets such as North America, Europe, India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The group operates under an ecosystem model with five core sectors: technology-industry, trade-services, infrastructure, green energy, and social philanthropy. Its diverse product and service ecosystem ranges from electric cars, motorcycles, robots, artificial intelligence, entertainment, tourism, housing-retail to healthcare, education, transportation, renewable energy, and social philanthropy.

Recently, six brands within the Vingroup ecosystem, including Vinhomes, VinFast, Vinpearl, Vincom Retail, Vinschool, and Vinmec, were also recognized by Brand Finance in the Top 100 most valuable brands in Vietnam.
