For inexperienced applicants, Vingroup will provide structured training and direct on-site practical guidance. This will help workers quickly adapt to the work environment and pursue long-term career development opportunities within the group's ecosystem.
Regarding compensation, a company representative stated that Vingroup ensures workers receive a leading competitive income, paid on time and stably. For benefits, employees will receive comprehensive social insurance, health insurance, shift meal allowances, annual leave, a 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, and preferential policies when using services within the Vingroup ecosystem.
