This information was recently announced by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company in its Q2 2025 business results report.
In the first 6 months of the year, Vinhomes achieved a total consolidated net revenue (including revenue from business cooperation contracts and large lot sales transactions recorded as financial revenue) of approximately VND 44,964 billion. The company's consolidated after-tax profit reached VND 11,000 billion. These two figures are almost equivalent to the same period last year.
The investor explained that the handover of key projects and large lot sales transactions are mainly scheduled for the second half of this year. Therefore, Vinhomes' revenue and profit in the coming quarters are expected to grow more significantly.
As of the end of June, Vinhomes' unrecognized revenue increased by 16% to VND 138,208 billion, equivalent to over USD 3.5 billion. In Q2 alone, this item reached over VND 67,500 billion, a 31% increase.
According to Vinhomes, this forms a solid foundation for realizing the company's ambitious business plan for 2025. This year, Vinhomes aims to achieve an after-tax profit of over VND 42,000 billion with a revenue of about VND 180,000 billion.
As of June 30, 2025, the total assets of the largest real estate investor in the market reached over VND 658,000 billion, a 17% increase. Vinhomes' equity increased by 4% to 230,611. Notably, the company's cash and cash equivalents reached VND 48,672 billion, a nearly 70% increase.
In Q2, Vinhomes continued to lead the market supply by simultaneously launching two new projects: Golden City (Duong Kinh) located at the southeast gateway of Hai Phong City and Green City (Hau Nghia) in the new northwest center of Ho Chi Minh City.
In mid-April, the company also commenced construction on the mega-project Green Paradise in Can Gio with a scale of 2,870 hectares. In Da Nang, on 22/6, the 512-hectare Lang Van tourism and resort urban complex broke ground, marking Vinhomes' expansion of its real estate ecosystem in central Vietnam. In the industrial real estate sector, Vinhomes IZ (VHIZ) filled the Ha Tinh factory after only 7 months of construction.
