VNPAY supports business households in adopting digital tax payments

VNPAY offers a suite of digital tax payment solutions via mobile phones, helping business households reduce complex paperwork, save on software costs, and confidently transition from lump-sum to declaration-based tax.

Vietnam currently has approximately 5 million active business households, an important force contributing significantly to the nation's GDP. However, many business households face challenges when shifting to tax declaration because they are accustomed to manual bookkeeping. New regulations require invoice storage, revenue aggregation, and cost reconciliation according to unified standards.

In this context, VNPAY developed an integrated suite of digital tax payment solutions. The goal is to simplify the entire tax declaration and payment process, ensuring compliance with regulations through flexible solutions suitable for various business models.

The solution suite includes sales management and tax declaration software; VNPAY-Invoice e-invoices, stored for 10 years on VNPAY Cloud; automatic invoice data transmission to tax authorities via VNPAY-TVAN; VNPAY-CA digital signatures; the VNeDOC electronic contract creation and signing platform; and payment solutions such as VNPAY-QR, SmartPOS, and PhonePOS for instant revenue recording.

These solutions are designed as an "all-in-one" system, allowing business households to manage sales, issue invoices, make payments, store documents, and declare taxes directly on a mobile phone. Data synchronization ensures a seamless sales-invoice-declaration process, helping business households operate transparently and comply with current tax regulations.

To reduce costs for business households during this standardization process, VNPAY launched an unlimited digital tax payment support package until the end of 2028. Specifically, business households receive free VNPAY-Invoice e-invoicing software, VNPAY-CA digital signatures, VNPAY-TVAN tax data transmission service, and VNPAY Cloud invoice storage solution, meeting data security and management requirements.

The company also provides sales management and tax declaration software, free unlimited device installation, and the VNeDOC e-contract creation tool, enabling business households to issue contracts quickly and conveniently.

At many markets and small shops, the initial declaration often causes confusion. Business households reported that after adopting VNPAY's solution, the steps for invoice issuance, revenue aggregation, and data transmission are significantly shortened.

Hanh Nhi, owner of a fruit stall at a wholesale market in TP HCM, said that previously her biggest concern was the revenue aggregation and reconciliation process due to numerous daily cash and transfer transactions.

"Before, I had to manually add up each amount, which was prone to errors. Since using VNPAY-QR and e-invoices, sales figures are updated daily, allowing me to instantly monitor sales performance and customer transactions," Hanh Nhi shared.

As new tax management standards require transparent data and seamless information flow, VNPAY's digital tax payment platform is poised to become a powerful assistant. It helps business households operate more proactively, reduce error risks, and fully meet regulatory compliance requirements.
