Products are quality-controlled under WinCommerce's management process, meeting essential consumer needs and specific customer group requirements. Alongside domestic brands like MeatDeli chilled meat, WinEco fresh vegetables, and Ponnie sausages, the store also offers imported produce, including New Zealand apples and South African pears.
The company stated that the event demonstrates its commitment to providing Tien Giang residents access to international quality products locally. The new store contributes to improving living standards in both urban and rural areas.

The 4,000th store also marks 10 years of the system's development. This milestone reflects three fundamental elements of WinMart+: nationwide consumer trust, a commitment to quality with clear and safe product sourcing, and the aspiration to build a constantly innovating Vietnamese brand, actively contributing to socio-economic development.
In 2014, the first WinMart+ store opened in Hanoi with the goal of bringing Vietnamese consumers convenience, quality, and peace of mind in every meal and daily moment. For over a decade, the chain has continuously transformed to build a modern retail ecosystem, close to and connected with millions of Vietnamese families.

WinMart+ benefits from integration within the Masan ecosystem, including: Masan Consumer (consumer goods), WinEco (clean agricultural products), Masan MeatLife (fresh and processed meat), and Techcombank (digital financial solutions). This advantage makes each WinMart+ store both a point of sale and a multi-utility consumer service center.
Mr. Danny Le, General Director of Masan Group, stated that the 4,000th WinMart+ store marks a milestone in scale growth and demonstrates the group's long-term commitment to modernizing Vietnam's consumer-retail platform. "Through high-quality necessities and civilized, convenient shopping services, we aim to improve the material and spiritual lives of 100 million consumers in every village and neighborhood—helping Vietnam rise strongly and sustainably in the new era," Mr. Danny Le said.

In response to Government Resolution 68 on promoting domestic market development and stimulating consumption, WinMart+ will continue to expand its system. The company is also accelerating digitization and enhancing user experience to bring a modern lifestyle to every Vietnamese family. WinCommerce retail chain aims to have at least one WinMart supermarket in each district. Each commune and ward will have a mini-mart, and each village and residential group will have a WiN+ point of sale. This strategy aims to fully meet people's daily consumption needs, from bulk shopping to quick purchases near home.
