According to GSM, the operator of Xanh SM, the drivers have been carefully selected and undergone comprehensive training. They also wear the brand's uniform. Launching the service in these three popular coastal cities, which experience increased traffic during the summer tourist season, is a strategic move for Xanh SM Bike.
The company believes that this high-tech electric motorcycle model, with its flexible operation, cost savings, and lack of fumes and noise, is a suitable choice for those who prefer modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly transportation.

Xanh SM Bike is Vietnam’s first electric motorcycle ride-hailing service using VinFast vehicles exclusively. Currently available in six provinces and cities nationwide, it aims to establish a standard for fume-free, noiseless, and civilized transportation.

To celebrate the launch, Xanh SM Bike is offering a flat rate of 8,000 VND per ride for electric motorcycle trips originally priced under 16,000 VND between 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. from 20/7 to 2/8. This promotion is valid in Ha Long, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, and TP HCM (excluding Binh Duong and Ba Ria), with a maximum of one code per customer.
Xanh SM Bike is also offering two 25% discount codes per user. All Xanh SM Bike trips will be discounted by 20% for 30 days, from 20/7 to 18/8.
Xanh SM introduces the "Green Travel" membership package applicable in Ha Long, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Da Nang, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai. This package includes eight 20% discount codes (30,000 VND/trip) for Xanh SM Bike and two 15% discount codes (30,000 VND/trip) for the Xanh SM Express delivery service.
