A key component of the agreement involves developing a logistics complex at the Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone. This complex will serve as a transit point for goods between Vietnam and Cambodia, addressing congestion and facilitating smoother cross-border trade. Once operational, the complex will connect with other YCH Group logistics centers in Vietnam and other markets, creating a seamless regional supply chain network.

YCH Group, with 70 years of experience providing comprehensive supply chain solutions for multinational companies, will develop and operate the complex. They will implement advanced technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to optimize management and transportation. The Tay Ninh People's Committee pledged support in streamlining legal procedures to ensure swift and efficient project implementation.
To support local businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), YCH Group will facilitate access for Tay Ninh products to the Singaporean and broader Asian markets through its YSG e-commerce platform. The Tay Ninh People's Committee will also provide support through appropriate policies, encouraging local businesses to participate in cross-border e-commerce.
Developing a skilled logistics workforce is another key aspect of the partnership. YCH Group will implement specialized training programs in collaboration with its ecosystem partners to equip local workers with modern logistics operational skills, new technologies, and sustainable practices.
Regarding sustainable development, YCH Group is committed to integrating solutions like renewable energy, electric vehicles, and carbon credits into its Tay Ninh projects, aiming for net-zero emissions. The Tay Ninh People's Committee will provide resources and supportive policies to promote green and sustainable logistics infrastructure.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Nguyen Hong Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh People's Committee, emphasized the significance of this partnership with YCH Group for enhancing Tay Ninh's competitiveness. This is particularly important following the recent merger of Tay Ninh and Long An provinces.
