Applicants must pay the application fee online through the National Public Service Portal from 29/7 to 5/8 at 5 PM.
Payment channels include banks: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB; VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, and HDBank.
Intermediary payment organizations include other banks through VNPT Money, Vietnam Post, Ngan Luong, Payoo, Napas, and HPay.
E-wallets include VNPT Money, Momo, and Viettel Money.
Mobile payment channel: VNPT Mobile Money.

Applicants can pay using their bank accounts or e-wallets, or they can ask family members or teachers for assistance.
The Ministry acknowledges that applicants may experience system congestion. If this happens, applicants should wait 30 minutes before trying again.
Departments of Education and Training will provide payment support to those unable to complete the process independently, particularly students in difficult circumstances or remote areas.

Applicants recently had almost 13 days to register and adjust their university application preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's online system. The registration fee is 20,000 VND per application choice.
Universities will process applications from 13/8 to 20/8. University admission scores will be announced before 5 PM on 22/8.
