Two important reminders for university applicants

Successful applicants must confirm their enrollment online by 6 p.m. on 30/8 through the Ministry of Education and Training system, or their acceptance will be revoked.

Universities will announce their admission scores for 2025 across all application methods between this afternoon and 5 p.m. on 22/8.

First, as required by the Ministry of Education and Training, all applicants (including those directly admitted) must confirm their enrollment online through the centralized system by 5 p.m. on 30/8. Failure to do so will be considered a withdrawal of the accepted offer, and the admission result will be voided.

Second, applicants should monitor the enrollment procedures of their chosen universities. Each university typically has its own enrollment plan with specific requirements, which are published on their websites, official fan pages, or sent via email, phone, or official letters.

Universities that haven't filled their quotas will conduct supplementary admissions from 1/9 to 12/2025. Applicants who have already confirmed their enrollment are not eligible for supplementary admissions unless they receive permission from the university president to withdraw.

This year, nearly 850,000 candidates registered for university admissions, submitting a total of approximately 7.6 million applications. On average, each student submitted nearly 9 applications, a significant increase compared to previous years.

Several universities saw a 2 to 2.5-fold increase in applicants compared to last year, including the University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Banking Academy, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, and Transport University.
