The Banking Academy announced its three admission methods for 2026 on 8/1, which include: direct admission, combined review, and admission based on high school graduation exam scores.
This marks a change from last year, as the academy will no longer solely consider academic transcripts or scores from competency assessment tests. Instead, under the combined review method, the academy will use academic transcripts in conjunction with international certificates (SAT, IELTS, TOEFL iBT) or scores from national competency assessment tests such as the HSA test by Vietnam National University, Hanoi, or the V-SAT university entrance competency assessment test.
The admission score calculation for the Banking Academy is as follows:
Admission score = Method score + Incentive points + Priority points
The academy will add a maximum of 3 incentive points for candidates who have won awards in provincial or national gifted student competitions, possess international certificates (SAT, IELTS, TOEFL iBT, BTEC, etc.), or achieved excellent results in high school graduation exam subjects. The specific incentive point levels for each group have not yet been announced.
If the admission score exceeds 30 after adding incentive and priority points, the maximum score calculated will be 30.

Tuition fees for the Banking Academy for 2025 were approximately 26.5-28 million VND per year for standard programs and 40 million VND for high-quality programs.
