The 2026 high school graduation exam took place on 11-12/6 with over 1,2 million candidates participating. Besides being a criterion for graduation recognition, the exam scores are a mandatory requirement for university and college admissions applications.
After receiving their scores, candidates have 5 days to request a review if they wish, with the deadline being 5/7. Starting from 2/7, candidates can begin registering and adjusting their university and college admissions preferences on the Ministry's system, continuing until 17h on 14/7.
Before registering their preferences, candidates can access VnExpress's University Lookup page to view fluctuations in benchmark scores over the years by major, institution, or tuition fees.
University benchmark scores and candidate pass-fail results will be announced after 17h on 9/8.
