These two benchmark scores apply to candidates admitted based on national high school graduation exam results, independent academic records, or a combination with foreign language certificates.

The benchmark of 24 out of 30 is for the A00 combination. Combinations A01 (Mathematics, Physics, English), D01-06 (Mathematics, Literature, English/Russian/French/Chinese), D07 (Mathematics, Chemistry, English), and the Quang Ninh campus all have a benchmark of 23. These thresholds are the same as in 2025.

This year, Foreign Trade University plans to admit over 4,500 students. The university uses four admission methods: direct admission, academic record review for specialized high school students or provincial-level award winners, national high school graduation exam scores, and domestic (HSA, TSA, V-ACT) and international (SAT, ACT, A-Level) competency assessment certificates.

The university is introducing 10 new majors and expanding three existing ones, including: data science (data science for innovation in economics and business program), artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence for innovation in economics and business), and financial technology (financial technology and sustainable finance).

Tuition fees for Foreign Trade University in 2026 range from 28 million to 88 million dong, an increase of 2-5 million dong compared to last year.

Starting on 2/7, candidates can begin registering and adjusting their university and college admission preferences on the Ministry's system, continuing until 17h on 14/7. Before registering, candidates can access VnExpress's University Lookup page to view changes in admission scores over the years by major, university, or tuition fees.

University admission scores will be announced after 17h on 9/8.
