Hanoi Law University announces admission scores starting at 19.75

Admission scores for Hanoi Law University (HLU) range from 19.75 to 25.55 based on the D01 combination (Math, Literature, English), with programs at the Hanoi campus starting at 23.2.

Hanoi Law University announced its admission scores for the high school graduation exam on 22/8, based on the D01 subject combination. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ba Binh, Vice President, explained that converted scores for other combinations like A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), and C00 (Literature, History, Geography) are higher.

For instance, the C00 combination for the Economic Law program requires 28.79 points for admission due to a 3.24 point difference compared to the D01 combination.

"Overall, the admission scores are consistent with recent years," Binh stated.

See updated admission scores for all universities in 2025

This year, Hanoi Law University is admitting 2,350 students to its main campus in Hanoi and 300 to its Dak Lak campus. The three admission methods include: direct admission according to Ministry of Education and Training regulations and university policies; based on high school transcripts; and based on high school graduation exam results.

Tuition for the upcoming academic year at Hanoi Law University is estimated at nearly 28 million VND for regular programs and nearly 56 million VND for high-quality programs.

Last year, Hanoi Law University's admission scores based on the high school graduation exam ranged from 22.85 to 28.85 out of 30, with the highest being for the Economic Law program, C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography). The Law program at the Dak Lak campus had the lowest requirement at 22.85 for all combinations.

For transcript-based admissions, the admission score ranged from 22.51 to 30, including priority and encouragement points.
