Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy sets admission scores from 19 to 27.43

Medicine has the highest admission score at the Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy, while Nursing has the lowest.

The Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy, a member of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announced on 22/8 that its admission scores range from 19 to 27.43 for all admission methods. The score for Medicine increased slightly by 0.28 compared to last year’s entrance exam scores. However, the scores for other programs decreased. For example, the admission score for Nursing is 19, which is 5.49 points lower than last year.

The 2025 admission scores for each program at the Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy are as follows:

This year, the Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy will admit 720 students across 6 programs. Of these, Medicine has 260 slots, and Pharmacy has 220. The remaining programs (Odonto-Stomatology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, and Nursing) each have 60 slots.

Admission methods include: direct admission and priority admission based on high school graduation exam results, admission for pre-university students, admission based on the High School Assessment (HSA) test results, admission based on English language certificates, and admission under the special mechanism of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Tuition at the Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy is expected to be 62 million VND for all students in the 2025-2026 academic year. This represents an increase of 7 to 34.4 million VND compared to the current tuition.

Last year, the admission scores based on high school graduation exam results ranged from 24.49 to 27.15, with Medicine having the highest score and Nursing and Medical Imaging Technology having the lowest.
