Hanoi University of Pharmacy sets admission scores between 20 and 24.5

Admission scores for Hanoi University of Pharmacy range from 20 to 24.5, a decrease of 1 to 4.26 points compared to last year.

On the afternoon of 22/8, Hanoi University of Pharmacy announced the official 2025 admission scores for all application methods.

Based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, the admission scores range from 20 to 24.5. Pharmacy continues to have the highest requirement, though it decreased by over 1 point compared to last year.

Pharmaceutical chemistry has the second highest requirement, at 23.56. Chemistry and biotechnology follow with 20.85 and 20, respectively.

All 4 programs saw a decrease in admission scores, with the largest drop of 4.26 points for biotechnology.

In 2025, the university plans to admit 940 students through 4 methods. First, direct admission according to Ministry of Education and Training regulations. Second, a combination of academic records and SAT scores; academic records for specialized high school students; or A-levels (the UK's advanced high school qualification). Third, admission based on Hanoi University of Science and Technology's thinking assessment test. Fourth, high school graduation exam scores.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy's tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year are highest for pharmacy at 27.6 million VND. Pharmaceutical chemistry follows at 24.4 million VND. Biotechnology and chemistry are both 17.1 million VND.

Successful candidates must confirm their admission online through the Ministry's system by 5 PM on 30/8. This is mandatory for enrollment. Some universities may have additional enrollment steps and welcome students in person.

Last year, the university's admission scores ranged from 24.26 to 25.51 out of 30, with pharmacy leading the way. Pharmaceutical chemistry followed at 25.31. Chemistry and biotechnology were both above 24.
