High school graduation exam scores 2025 available on VnExpress

Students can check their high school graduation exam scores at 8 a.m. on 16/7 on VnExpress, and receive suggestions for universities and majors with admission scores similar to their own from last year.

The Ministry of Education and Training today released the 2025 high school graduation exam scores for approximately 1.16 million students.

Parents and students can look up exam scores, score distributions for each subject, and university admission score combinations at: https://diemthi.vnexpress.net, by entering their registration number and clicking "Search".

Students can also refer to the admission scores of universities and majors from the past few years, along with other admissions information such as combinations and tuition fees, at the University Search page.

The high school graduation exam took place on 26-27/6 with over 1.16 million students. Nearly 1.14 million students took the exam under the new general education program (2018) and over 26,700 under the old program (2006).

Students under the new program took two compulsory subjects: Literature and Math, along with two elective subjects chosen from: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Informatics, Technology (Agriculture, Industry), and Foreign Language (7 languages).

Students under the old program took Literature, Math, Foreign Language, and an elective subject in either Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education).

After receiving their scores, students have 10 days to submit a request for re-marking if desired, with the deadline being 25/7.

For students who do not request re-marking, high school graduation exam results will be available no later than 20/7. High school graduation test result certificates, temporary graduation certificates, and high school transcripts will be available no later than 22/7.

2025 High school graduation exam score calculation formula

The registration, adjustment, and supplementation period for university admissions applications is from 16/7 to 5 p.m. on 28/7, with no limit on the number of adjustments. Students can pay the application fee online from 29/7 to 5 p.m. on 5/8.

University admission scores for 2025 will be announced before 5 p.m. on 22/8.
