For the comprehensive admission method, students who graduated last year must have a grade point average of at least 6.5 for both semesters of 11th and 12th grades. The requirement for this year's graduates is a minimum academic performance rating of "Good".
Admission scores are converted to a 150-point scale, which is the sum of the three-semester GPA, along with any regional or preferential points, and points converted from IELTS scores or awards for excellent students or specialized high school students. The minimum score for this method is 75/150.
For the V-SAT (Vietnam Standardized Assessment Test), the admission threshold is 225/450. In addition to meeting this minimum score, applicants must achieve a minimum of 15 points for each subject within the chosen combination.

This year, HUB is recruiting nearly 4,600 students, an increase of about 300 compared to last year. Five admission methods are used: Direct admission according to Ministry of Education and Training regulations; Combined assessment of academic records and high school achievements; High school graduation exam scores; V-SAT scores; Academic records combined with an interview (for programs with degrees awarded by international partners).
Enrollment quotas and subject combinations for HUB programs are available.
Applicants can register, adjust, and supplement their university application choices until 5 PM on 28/7, with no limit on the number of changes. The online application fee payment period is from 29/7 to 5 PM on 5/8.
