The 2026 10th grade entrance math exam for Phu Tho province is presented below:

The public 10th grade entrance exam in Phu Tho took place from 1/6 to 3/6. Over 57,000 candidates participated, vying for 40,500 public school places, which represents 64% of the total.

The literature and English exams took place yesterday. Candidates applying to specialized high schools, including Hung Vuong Specialized High School, Vinh Phuc Specialized High School (formerly Vinh Phuc), and Hoang Van Thu Specialized High School (formerly Hoa Binh), will sit for their specialized subject exams tomorrow.

Admission scores for non-specialized public high schools consider the total of the math, literature, and English exam scores, assessed on a 10-point scale, along with any priority and incentive points. For specialized high schools, the admission score is the sum of these three general exam scores and the specialized subject exam, which carries a weighting factor of 3.
