QS is one of the four largest university ranking organizations in the world. This year, QS ranked the best cities for international students based on six criteria: university rankings, international student population, student desirability, graduate employability, affordability, and student views. Each criterion is scored individually, then calculated using a formula to arrive at a total score out of 100.
To be eligible for the list, each city must have a population of over 250,000 and at least two universities featured in the latest QS World University Rankings.
