Following the conclusion of the university application aspiration registration and adjustment period, students are required to submit their fees online through the National Public Service Portal, from 15/7 until 17h on 21/7.

Students should log into the system provided by the Ministry of Education and Training. Within the application aspiration registration section, a "Payment" box will be visible. By clicking this, students can verify the number of aspirations and the total amount due before confirming their payment.

Payment can be made through various channels, including banks such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB, VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, HDBank, or e-wallets like VNPT Money, Momo, and Viettel Money. Additionally, other payment intermediaries are available, with all options displayed on screen for students to select.

To prevent system overload, the Ministry has staggered the university application fee payment schedule across 34 provinces and cities:

Students have the option to pay using their own bank accounts or e-wallets, or they can seek assistance from relatives or teachers. For reference, last year's registration fee was 15,000 VND per application aspiration.

Universities will announce admission scores following the final virtual filtering process, specifically after 17h on 10/8 and before 17h on 13/8. Successful applicants must confirm their enrollment on the system by 17h on 21/8.
