University of Information Technology's projected admission scores reach 29.5

After 7 simulated admissions rounds, the University of Information Technology's (UIT) admission scores are projected to range from 24.2 to 29.5 out of 30, with the highest score for Artificial Intelligence.

On the afternoon of 21/8, Dr. Nguyen Tan Tran Minh Khang, Vice President of the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, announced the projected admission scores. Compared to last year, the admission score for Artificial Intelligence has increased by 1.2 points.

"The admission scores show differentiation. Contrary to initial predictions, key majors like Artificial Intelligence and Microchip Design have seen significant increases. Some other majors have slightly decreased. The scores might be adjusted in subsequent simulated rounds," Dr. Khang said.

Last year, UIT's admission scores ranged from 25.55 to 28.3, with Artificial Intelligence having the highest entry requirement.

Tuition fees at UIT for the 2025 academic year are 37 and 55 million VND per year for standard and advanced programs, respectively, an increase of 2-5 million VND compared to last year. For programs affiliated with international universities, the tuition fee is 84-140 million VND per year.
