See the updated admission scores for all universities in 2025.
On the evening of 22/8, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) announced its admission scores, ranging from 21.75 to 29. Psychology led with a score of 29 for the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography), a 0.4 point increase compared to last year.
Three programs with admission scores of 28 or higher include Journalism, Oriental Studies, and Public Relations. Public Relations had the highest score at 28.95, a decrease of 0.15 points. Southeast Asian Studies and Japanese Studies shared the lowest score at 21.75.

In 2025, USSH is admitting 2,650 students into 28 programs through three admission methods: direct admission and priority admission; assessment based on the High School Graduation Examination (HSGE) scores and the Hanoi National University Assessment Test (HSA) results.
Eight subject combinations are considered for admission: C00 (Literature, History, Geography), D04 (Mathematics, Literature, Chinese), D01 (Mathematics, Literature, English), D06 (Mathematics, Literature, Japanese), DD2 (Mathematics, Literature, Korean), D15 (Literature, English, Geography), D14 (Literature, English, History), and D66 (Literature, English, Economic and Legal Education).
USSH expects tuition fees to range from 16.9 million to 33 million VND, an increase of 1.9 to 3 million VND compared to the current rate.
Successful candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry of Education and Training’s system by 5 PM on 30/8. This is a mandatory step for students who wish to enroll. Many universities may have additional enrollment procedures and welcome students in person.

Last year, the university's admission scores ranged from 22.95 to 29.1. Three programs had scores above 29: Public Relations, Journalism, and Korean Studies. Public Relations had the highest score at 29.1 for the C00 combination.
Korean Studies and Journalism had admission scores of 29.05 and 29.03, respectively. The remaining programs generally had admission scores between 27.38 and 28.83.
