Vingroup offers free training for 20,000 AI talents

Vingroup Group launches a free training program for 10,000-20,000 AI professionals, providing a monthly allowance of 8 million dong.

Vingroup Group's AI talent training program will begin its first enrollment period from 1/2 to 10/2 at VinUni University. The program, with a maximum capacity of 500 trainees, will commence shortly after the enrollment closes.

The program targets individuals meeting specific admission criteria, including graduates from universities, colleges, or vocational schools in AI-related fields. Trainees will complete a 12-week program combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, developing essential real-world skills. The initiative aims to expand continuously, enrolling up to 20,000 trainees over the next two years.

Leveraging VinUni University and technology companies within its ecosystem, Vingroup Group designed a streamlined, effective training program emphasizing practical application. A company representative stated the program addresses real-world challenges, equipping learners with the skills to foster their development and contribute to society upon completion.

Beyond theoretical learning at VinUni University, trainees gain practical experience and on-the-job training daily within Vingroup's technology companies. Outstanding performers with superior academic results will be selected for continuous advanced training, preparing them as AI specialists, engineers, and project leaders in specialized fields.

Upon completing the advanced training, participants may secure employment within Vingroup Group companies or pursue opportunities at leading domestic technology firms. A Vingroup representative stated that the program aims not only to recruit and upskill existing employees but also to cultivate a highly specialized AI workforce, contributing to Vietnam's overall development.
