Following the final on the evening of 5/9, the organizing committee announced the continental queen titles. During the competition, 111 contestants were initially divided into four groups – Africa, Americas and Caribbean, Asia and Oceania, and Europe – to determine who would advance. However, for the Continental Queens category, the organizing committee separated the Americas from the Caribbean, and Asia from Oceania, ultimately awarding six distinct titles.

Miss World Africa is Romanda Hombir from South Africa. The 27-year-old, hailing from Mpumalanga, is a clinical audiologist. She founded the Caring Purpose organization, which runs health screening, education, and support programs for disadvantaged communities. During the Miss World competition, she won the African head-to-head challenge, progressing through the top 40, 20, 12, and 6 stages.

The title of Miss World Americas went to Gabriela Botelho from Brazil. The 25-year-old, born in Belo Horizonte, is a model and entrepreneur who studied management and fashion design. She was Miss World Brazil 2021 second runner-up before winning this year's national competition. With many years of volunteer work, she currently serves as an ambassador for an organization supporting children with rare diseases. Despite predictions from many specialized pages that she would advance further, she concluded her journey in the top 12.

Georgia-Lee Gill from Trinidad & Tobago received the title of Miss World Caribbean. The 24-year-old holds a double degree in Biology and Biochemistry and works as a manager at a hair and beauty product company. Her project, "The Silver Circle Project", was inspired by her experience caring for her grandmother with dementia. It aims to raise awareness about Alzheimer's and provide support for patient caregivers. At Miss World 2026, she won the Americas and Caribbean head-to-head challenge, reaching the top 40.

Taanusiya Chetty from Malaysia secured second runner-up and also claimed the title of Miss World Asia. The 26-year-old, standing 1.73 m tall, is an English teacher, model, and social activist. She founded an organization dedicated to supporting children's educational and emotional development. During the competition, she won the important "Beauty With a Purpose" segment.

The first runner-up of the competition was Elisabeth Reynes from Spain, who additionally received the title of Miss World Europe. The 22-year-old, 1.71 m tall, is from Mallorca. She graduated with a degree in hospitality management and is currently pursuing hotel administration studies. She champions a project focused on marine environmental protection and won the European "Beauty With a Purpose" award.

Miss World Oceania named Tiare Henry Anguna from the Cook Islands. The beauty queen, 1.73 m tall, serves as a tourism ambassador in her homeland. She developed the "Ei Katu Project", a program inspired by traditional flower garlands. This initiative aims to help young women build identity, resilience, leadership skills, and find purpose in life.
