The song, composed by musician DC Tam, was chosen by Phuong Trinh Jolie for its music video. The track draws on traditional folk music elements from various regions, combined with modern arrangements.

Jolie aims to showcase the diversity of ethnic music and preserve traditional sounds amidst constantly changing society and life. "As the country develops and integrates, values rooted in our origins need to be understood and continued by the younger generation," she stated.

The work interweaves the musical elements of quan ho folk singing from Bac Ninh, nha nhac court music from Hue, and southern folk songs. Phuong Trinh Jolie adapted her singing style and articulation to highlight the distinct character of each region.

The lyrics celebrate the imagery of rural villages, rice fields, lullabies, and the aspirations of youth for national development. In the music video, Phuong Trinh Jolie wears various outfits inspired by traditional culture, such as a red brocade Nhat Binh ao dai, white ao dai, ao ba ba, and attire stylized from the ao tu than. The MV's settings feature ceramics, paintings, and nostalgic items. The production team utilized 3D graphics to recreate some Vietnamese landscapes and human images.

Phuong Trinh Jolie, whose real name is Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Trinh, is 38 years old and from An Giang. In 2002, she won first prize in the An Giang Television Singing Contest. Four years later, she competed in the Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Star competition, earning a special prize. In 2017, Phuong Trinh Jolie secured another first prize in the "Hay nghe toi hat" competition. Beyond singing, she has acted in numerous television series, including "Bo cap tim", "Me chong nang dau", "Hoa phu dung", "Ke thu giau mat", and "Gia dinh la so mot".
