The artist shared on Red Note that he is passionate about many activities, including ice skating, swimming, weightlifting, football, parallel bars, and gym. For decades, whenever he found an interesting sport, he learned it and has maintained physical activity to this day. Wang believes his resilience comes partly from his parents' genetics and partly from his "playful spirit".

According to the actor, each person has a different lifestyle, depending on individual choices and personality. He considers his life an opportunity to play and discover new things. Due to his high discipline, once he likes an activity, he persistently pursues it. Currently, he exercises and trains at the gym for two to three hours daily.
The artist has three requirements for himself: one, to take good care of his family; two, to nurture his career; and three, to manage his health well. He and his spouse have been together for over 60 years, daily walking in the park, doing housework, and enjoying their golden years with children and grandchildren.

At nearly 90 years old, Wang participates in many entertainment activities. This year, the artist gained recognition for voicing Vo Luong Tien Ong, a significant antagonist in the animated blockbuster "Nezha: The Devil Boy Comes into the World" (Nezha 2). The actor also regularly takes on supporting roles in television series, often traveling by plane to film sets across China. He detests idleness and feels restless without work.

The artist was born into a poor family and had limited formal education. At 24, while working at the Liaoning Provincial Drama Troupe, he attended evening cultural enrichment classes. At 50, the actor moved to Beijing to pursue an acting career. He has appeared in numerous films and television works, including "Back to 20", "Reign of Assassins", "What Women Want", "Lady Thief", "The Young Zhang Sanfeng", "The Forbidden Kingdom", and "The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber 2019" (as Zhang Sanfeng).
