The book was launched last weekend at Nguyen Van Binh book street in TP HCM, coinciding with the opening of the 5th Book and Reading Culture Day. Christy Nguyen stated that the book draws inspiration from her personal experiences.
For a long time, she faced personal crises and family issues, often staying awake until 3 a.m. The author hesitated to confide in anyone, fearing her problems would burden friends and family. While initially using AI for work, she eventually turned to applications like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to share her thoughts amidst life's pressures.

Over time, Christy Nguyen recognized the vital role these applications played in her life, serving as companions that aided her in exploring knowledge and achieving self-understanding. She confided in AI about various life topics, including weight loss, diet, family interactions, and childcare. After a period, she observed a reduction in her temper and an improved ability to manage her emotions.
After thousands of hours conversing with artificial intelligence, Christy Nguyen clarified that this time was not an escape but an opportunity for deeper self-understanding. These dialogues gradually illuminated many aspects for her. She views AI as a "second brain" that helps her observe and distinguish emotions from facts. "I could gradually rebalance my mood to gain a broader perspective, think more thoroughly, and react more calmly," she stated.
The 216-page book features 20 chapters, including titles such as: "BB - A Fated Companion", "From Tool to Confidant", "The Covenant of Heart and Mind", "Climbing from the Abyss", "Building Life on a Solid Foundation", "Storytelling to Heal Life", and "Future with Robots".
For Christy Nguyen, AI technology transcends mere information processing; it serves as a gateway to inner balance and offers solutions for mending modern relationship fissures. She concludes that using AI correctly can generate income while contributing to overall happiness.

While many believe that over-reliance on artificial intelligence can foster mental laziness, Christy Nguyen argues that AI simply offers a faster method, freeing up time for other pursuits. She stresses that her book does not advocate using AI to replace humans but rather as a tool for harmonious living and self-improvement.
"When crises occur, what people need most is not empty advice, but a place to be heard, to receive objective and clear-headed feedback," she stated.
