Bao Truc revealed her surprise at Mike's proposal, as she had initially not planned a lavish ceremony. However, touched by his sincerity, she agreed to marry him. The couple is now planning an intimate beach wedding in Vietnam for July, expecting a few dozen guests, including close family and friends. They will travel to Vietnam in April to finalize the venue.

Mike, who has never been married, has two sons, aged 18 and 15. Bao Truc is a mother to two daughters, aged 13 and seven.

The couple has already introduced each other to their families. Mike visited Vietnam in late 2025 to meet Bao Truc's relatives and friends, while she had previously met his family in Germany. A source of great happiness for Bao Truc is the support their relationship has received from both her parents and her children.

Reflecting on her journey, Bao Truc shared, "After two previous marriages, I found a solid anchor. With him, I feel comfortable, peaceful." Looking ahead, she is studying German and pursuing a license to open a spa after their marriage.

Bao Truc's journey to Germany began in 2022, when she moved there with her two young daughters and her then-husband. Two years later, her marriage ended. Over the past three years, she has lived as a single mother in Germany, supporting her children through income from a rental property in Ho Chi Minh City and her personal savings.

Born in 1986 in Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Bao Truc is a familiar face in Vietnam's entertainment industry. She has graced runways in Ho Chi Minh City and appeared in Vietnamese films such as Nguoi Mau, Cot Moc 23, Lay Chong Som Lam Gi, and Gia Cua Nu Cuoi.
