The My Dinh Stadium resonated with cheers from tens of thousands of spectators as singer Tung Duong opened the concert with "Am vang To quoc", a new song composed for the program.
The first part of the 90-minute concert, broadcast live, comprised three chapters: Truong ca tren Trong Dong, Am vang lich su, and Khat vong Viet Nam.

Duc Phuc performed "Phu Dong Thien Vuong", part of the Truong ca tren Trong Dong chapter. This musical segment included songs like "Khoi nguyen", "Nhip song Lac Viet", and "Thinh vuong Viet Nam sang ngoi", evoking an epic national atmosphere and inspiring pride in a country forged through labor, creativity, and community spirit.

A highlight of the concert was the parade combined with the "Binh yen To quoc" performance, featuring over 1,000 officers and soldiers from the military and police forces. Spectators relived the atmosphere of last year's parade, cheering loudly as the honor guard, armed forces, mobile police, and cavalry appeared.

After 90 minutes of live broadcast, the program continued with vibrant sounds from bands Oplus, Ngu Cung, and Buc Tuong, reflecting the spirit of the new era.

The rock band Ngu Cung energized the atmosphere with works imbued with national pride, such as "Hanh khuc ngay va dem" and "Dat nuoc tron niem vui". Buc Tuong concluded the night with a series of songs including "Tren dinh gio" (adapted from the Thai folk song Ing la oi), "Con mua thang 5", and "Duong den ngay vinh quang".

Around 22:00, the sky began to drizzle, turning into heavy rain. Many spectators quickly donned raincoats to continue watching the concert.

Despite the late-night weather, most viewers stayed until the end. Throughout the concert, they cheered loudly for the interactive dance performances and the parade combined with live staging. During an early intermission, tens of thousands of spectators chanted: ''Viet Nam - Ho Chi Minh'' or ''Viet Nam vo dich''.

Le Thi Loan, 42 years old, from Ha Noi, took souvenir photos with her husband after the concert. Experiencing a "national concert" for the first time, she expressed pride listening to songs that evoked love for her homeland and honored cultural identity. She hopes to bring her children to similar concerts in the near future to cultivate and nurture their national pride.

The "Am vang To quoc" concert was directed by the Central Propaganda and Mobilization Commission, and co-produced by Vietnam Television, the Hanoi People's Committee, and other related units. The program gathered over 2,000 artists and performers, along with over 1,000 officers and soldiers from the people's armed forces. Nguyen Trung Dung served as general director, Meritorious Artist Thanh Hang as general choreographer, and musician Ta Duy Tuan as music director.
The event was held to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party and to commemorate 51 years of national reunification and the 140th International Labor Day. Previously, spectators registered for free tickets through the Propaganda and Mobilization application.
