H'Hen Nie's family reunion Tet

Miss H'Hen Nie celebrates her first Tet as a mother, gathering with her husband's family in Ho Chi Minh City instead of returning to her hometown of Dak Lak.

According to H'Hen Nie, her greatest satisfaction last year was the peace she found. She returned to showbiz, attending events and fashion shows in late 2025, after nearly three months postpartum.

In the early days of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, H'Hen Nie, Nguyen Tuan Khoi, and their daughter Harley visited parents and relatives. The miss said she spent the entire Tet holiday in Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) to avoid long-distance travel, as her daughter is only five months old.

The new year celebration at photographer Nguyen Tuan Khoi's family home was filled with laughter. Everyone wished each other good health and exchanged lucky money, hoping for a fortunate year.

The miss is learning to be a good mother, a journey she finds challenging. "Raising a child helps me understand my parents' hearts and struggles even more," she said.

They gathered around a meal on the first day of Tet. H'Hen Nie shared, "We looked back on the past year with our parents, recalling many joyful moments, the biggest of which was welcoming our granddaughter."

H'Hen Nie expressed gratitude for her in-laws' love and guidance in nurturing their family. She maintains connections with everyone through phone calls, remembering birthdays to send wishes, and occasionally inviting her parents-in-law to their home.

The miss noted that Harley is well-behaved and, at just a few months old, already weighs 7,9 kg. "My biggest wish for the new year is for my daughter to grow up healthy," H'Hen Nie said.

Close to Tet, H'Hen Nie and her husband found time to decorate their home, having been busy with work. Nguyen Tuan Khoi visited the flower market, buying many potted plants primarily in yellow and red hues to enhance their living space. "This is our first Tet with a young child, so we are excited to create lasting memories," he said.

The miss took her daughter out for a spring stroll on the second day of Tet.

H'Hen Nie, 34, was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017. She then competed in Miss Universe 2018, reaching the top 5 overall, the highest placement for a Vietnamese contestant in this international beauty pageant. Missosology, a beauty pageant specialized website, awarded her the "Timeless Beauty" title in 2019. H'Hen Nie has also ventured into acting, making her debut as an action star in "578: The madman's bullet."

H'Hen Nie's husband, Nguyen Tuan Khoi, 37, is a photographer and director, often producing TV commercials (TVC). After their marriage, he frequently attends showbiz events with his wife.
