According to Korea Times on 25/2, the recently sold home, spanning approximately 233 square meters, is located within the prestigious Hanna The Hill complex in Seoul, South Korea. Based on real estate industry sources and records from the Supreme Court of Korea, she sold the apartment in 11/2025, realizing a profit of about 8.54 billion won (approximately 6.4 million USD) after purchasing it for 4.23 billion won in cash in 2018.

The buyer's identity is reportedly Koo Ja-kwan, CEO of Samkoo I&C. The news outlet stated that Hanna The Hill is among South Korea's most luxurious residential areas, built on the former grounds of Dankook University and completed in 2011. Comprising 32 buildings and approximately 600 apartments, it is home to many artists and members of the elite, including BTS members RM and Jin, actor So Ji Sub, and LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo.
