For many years, Lam Bao Chau has maintained a habit of running every morning or afternoon, averaging about 10 km per session. For him, sports are indispensable in life, with running being the most important activity for physical training and endurance.

"Physical activity helps me control my weight and keep my body toned without relying entirely on high-intensity gym workouts," he said. Currently, Lam Bao Chau is 1.83 m tall and weighs nearly 80 kg.

In 2025, Lam Bao Chau returned to acting, playing Le Bi in the film "Chi Nga Em Nang" (directed by Vu Thanh Vinh). To achieve a rugged appearance, he stated he lost 4 kg in one month thanks to running.

According to Lam Bao Chau, running not only helps him maintain physical fitness and a good appearance but also builds discipline. He enjoys running in outdoor spaces like streets and parks. On days with heavy rain, he does not take a break but runs within his villa grounds or by using stairs. When traveling domestically and internationally, Bao Chau is strict with himself, running the exact distances he sets.

Additionally, running helps the model balance his mind, reduce stress, maintain positive energy, and enhance focus.

Thanks to regular training, Lam Bao Chau confidently registers for marathon races. He once conquered a challenging 50 km race in Ha Giang and many other provinces.

According to the model, new runners should start with short distances, gradually increasing as their physical condition improves. To avoid accidents or incidents, Lam Bao Chau thoroughly warms up, and takes in appropriate water and food at rest stops. He currently aims to conquer a 70 km distance. "To achieve that, accumulation, sustained endurance, and serious training are important factors," he said.

Le Quyen, Lam Bao Chau's girlfriend, admires his diligent training. Many times when her boyfriend participated in races, she went along to offer moral support. "I was inspired by Chau to enjoy sports more. Currently, Chau is my coach at the gym," the singer said.

To maintain a six-pack physique, Lam Bao Chau also combines gym workouts with a scientific diet. He often chooses exercises using weights, balls, or resistance bands at appropriate intensities. The model usually prepares meals himself according to expert menus, often using chicken breast, green vegetables, and various types of milk and nuts.

Lam Bao Chau was born in Dai Loan but grew up in Ha Noi. He graduated from Phuong Dong University, then pursued a modeling career. In recent years, he ventured into acting, starring in films such as "Thuong Ngay Nang Ve", "Ke San Tin", "My Nhan Chien", and "Troi Buoc Yeu Thuong". Bao Chau also tried his hand at hosting several music programs.

Bao Chau and Le Quyen celebrated six years together at the end of 2025. They live together without being married. The couple supports each other in their careers and openly share glimpses of their daily lives.
